به گزارش خبرگزاری فارس از قم، گردهمایی معاونین اداره کل و مدیران و معاونین مناطق آموزش و پرورش استان پنجشنبه شب با حضور حمیدرضا حاجی‌بابایی وزیر آموزش و پرورش در خانه معلم قم برگزار شد.

به گزارش روز شنبه ایرنا از مالزی، 'ابراهیم عزیزی' در این دیدار، دعوتنامه رسمی 'محمود احمدی نژاد' رئیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران برای 'سوسیلو بامبانگ یودیونو' رئیس جمهوری اندونزی جهت شركت در اجلاس سران جنبش عدم تعهد كه شهریور سال 91 در تهران برگزار خواهد شد را به همتای اندونزیایی خود تقدیم كرد.

معاون رئیس جمهوری ایران دراین دیدار با اشاره به نقش مهم اندونزی در جنبش عدم تعهد به عنوان یكی از كشورهای مؤسس این جنبش، خاطرنشان كرد: اندونزی همواره كشوری عدالت طلب و حق جو بوده و مشاركت این كشور در اجلاس جنبش عدم تعهد، از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است.

معاون توسعه مدیریت و سرمایه انسانی رئیس جمهوری اسلامی ایران با اشاره به پیشرفت های تهران در حوزه های مختلف علمی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اقتصادی و همچنین ظرفیت های عظیم دو كشور در بخش های مختلف، خواستار توسعه روابط تهران – جاكارتا در كلیه حوزه ها به خصوص در بخش اقتصادی شد.

وی همچنین به سیاست های ایران در راستای توسعه و سازندگی در كشور اشاره كرد و افزود: ایران اكنون در نقطه ای قرار دارد كه بدون حتی یك دلار بدهی خارجی راه پیشرفت و سعادت را طی می نماید.

عزیزی در ادامه به سیاست های جمهوری اسلامی ایران در راستای كاهش وابستگی بودجه اجرایی كشور به نفت اشاره و تصریح كرد: بر اساس سیاست ها و برنامه ریزی تدوین شده، ایران در پنج سال آتی وابستگی بودجه اجرایی خود به نفت را به صفر خواهد رساند.

معاون رئیس جمهوری ایران همكاری بخش خصوصی در سازندگی و توسعه ایران را بسیار مهم و مناسب ارزیابی و خاطرنشان كرد: در ایران از سال گذشته صندوق توسعه ملی با سرمایه ای افزون بر 50 میلیارد دلار تأسیس شده است كه این صندوق با دریافت بودجه سالانه 30 میلیارد دلاری خود، به بخش های خصوصی در زمینه های گوناگون وام و ارائه تسهیلات خواهد داد.

حجت الاسلام والمسلمین'احمد مبلغی'، معرفی و اجرای طرحهای اولویت‌دار و پروژه های تحقیقاتی با هدف مشاركت در انجام پژوهش‌ و پرهیز از پژوهشهای تكراری، برگزاری همایشها و نشست‌های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی و كرسی‌های نظریه‌پردازی را از جمله بندهای این تفاهمنامه اعلام كرد.

وی افزود: نقد و مناظره متناسب با موضوعات مورد علاقه طرفین، دعوت از اساتید و محققان فرهیخته دو نهاد برای تبادل اطلاعات علمی و كارشناسی از دیگر مواد تفاهمنامه مركز تحققیات اسلامی مجلس و دبیرخانه انجمن های علمی حوزه است.

مبلغی گفت: دو نهاد همچنین در باره شناسایی زمینه‌ها، نیازها، موانع، فرصت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های علمی و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی برای استفاده بهینه از فرصت‌ها، شناسایی و ارتباط با مراكز و شخصیت‌ های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی، مشاركت برای حضور صاحبنظران دو مجموعه در مجامع داخلی و بین‌المللی، دعوت مشترك از دانشمندان و شخصیت‌های علمی داخلی و بین‌المللی،تألیف، ترجمه، تدوین،چاپ و انتشار كتاب و نشریات علمی همكاری خواهند كرد .

این تفاهمنامه در قالب پنج ماده، 16 بند و سه تبصره تنظیم و به امضای طرفین رسید.
